WHOLESALE LOTS

Full lot orders are graded and documented before they ship. Once a lot leaves Colombia it can't be returned for change of mind, claims must be based on the lot not matching its agreed grade or spec.

QUALITY CLAIMS

If a delivered lot doesn't match the agreed grade, moisture, or defect count, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your findings. We'll work with you on a replacement, credit, or partial refund.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds or credits are issued within 5 working days of resolving the claim, to the original payment method or applied to your next order.
